JETSET Pilates in Seattle is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, welcome clients, support instructors, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You’ll partner with the General Manager to grow memberships and ensure a five-star client experience.

You’ll greet guests, follow up with leads, manage front desk duties, process memberships, and help create a welcoming community. This role requires hustle, exceptional communication, and a team-first mindset.

Formación

• Experience in selling services or products and guiding clients to suitable memberships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events to grow membership.
• Create a welcoming experience that keeps members engaged and connected.
• Monitor member activity and reach out to at-risk clients.
• Assist General Manager and team to achieve membership and revenue goals.
• Maintain lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
• Handle front desk, phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly.
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately.
