Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to serve as the heartbeat of the studio, driving sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, and supporting instructors while keeping daily operations smooth.

As a front-line ambassador, you will greet clients, nurture relationships, manage front desk tasks, and collaborate with the General Manager to hit membership, retention, and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Maintain front desk operations, process sales and class packages.
• Support instructors and manage studio processes for a welcoming experience.
