Job summary

JETSET Pilates is looking for a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting operations. You will build relationships, guide members toward memberships, and drive growth while collaborating with the GM to hit retention and revenue goals.

The role requires strong communication, frontline customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending services or products to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions and events to drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming experience to keep members engaged and connected.
• Monitor member activity and re-engage at-risk clients.
• Partner with GM to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
