Glowbar Inc. is hiring a Studio Guide to be the welcoming face of our facial studios in Philadelphia. You will drive membership and package sales, book appointments, and maintain a spotless, guest-ready studio while delivering exceptional hospitality.

This full-time or part-time role offers uncapped commission plus benefits, with weekend availability and a fast-paced, target-driven environment designed to reward top performers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience or sales experience (restaurant, hotel, salon/spa, or comparable).
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations, commission-based earning, and meeting targets.
• Ability to close sales and convert prospects into members.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy to make them feel valued.
• Drive membership and package sales through client connections to Glowbar experience.
• Manage bookings, rebooking, and waitlist to optimize schedule.
• Handle client communication via phone, email, and text professionally.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine tips to support skincare journey.
• Track personal sales performance and report on conversion rates.
• Keep the studio spotless and guest-ready from front desk to back of house.
• Collaborate with management to improve client experience and team performance.
