Glowbar is seeking a Studio Guide to own the front desk, create a warm guest experience, and drive membership and package sales. You will handle client communications and rebookings, ensuring seamless service while hitting revenue targets in a fast-paced beauty studio.

The role emphasizes a hospitality-first mindset, weekend availability, and a proven ability to close sales and convert prospects into loyal members through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and a strong drive to meet membership sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth and energy, making each person feel like the most important guest.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to the Glowbar experience and results.
• Lock in rebooking and next appointments post-service, manage waitlist for optimized schedule.
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text with professionalism.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to support skincare journeys and upsell retail.
