Job summary

Glowbar Inc. is seeking a part-time Studio Guide in Brooklyn, NY. You will own the front desk, greet clients with warmth, and drive membership/packaged sales while ensuring a spotless studio.

You will manage bookings, answer inquiries, and contribute to a high-energy, guest-centric Glowbar experience. This role requires 1+ years in hospitality or sales with a proven track record, flexible weekend availability, and a passion for beauty and client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy to make them feel valued.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to Glowbar experiences and results.
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlist to optimize the schedule and retention.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and text professionally.
• Share skincare knowledge and at-home routine tips to support journeys and upsell products.
• Track personal sales performance and conversion metrics for improvement.
• Keep the studio clean and organized from front desk to back of house.
• Communicate observations and solutions to management to improve experience.
