Job summary

Glowbar is seeking a Studio Guide in Back Bay, Boston to own the front desk, welcome clients, and set the tone for every visit. You’ll drive membership and package sales, book follow-ups, and keep the studio spotless and organized while delivering a warm, hospitality-first experience.

This full-time role requires 1+ year in hospitality or sales, comfort with commissions, and weekend availability. You’ll communicate across phone, email, and text, upsell products, and report on performance to help

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales discussions and ability to meet membership targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth, drive membership and package sales, and book follow-ups.
• Maintain a spotless, organized studio and uphold high presentation standards.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and text professionally.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and track personal sales performance.
