Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy.
• Drive membership and package sales toward revenue targets.
• Lock in rebooking and next appointments post-service and manage the waitlist.
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions.
• Track and report on personal sales performance and close rates.
• Keep the studio spotless, organized, and client-ready.
