Beem seeks a proactive Studio Manager to lead daily operations of our creative space in Irvine, CA. The role drives revenue through memberships, retail, and programs while leading a team across sales and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and capable of fostering collaboration across departments to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving targets.
• Experience managing a team and driving performance KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and client retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Own and consistently achieve studio sales targets across all revenue streams: memberships, packages, and retail.
• Team Management: Recruit, hire, onboard, train, supervise, coach, and mentor all studio staff.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Lead generation via grassroots marketing, community outreach, partnerships, and events.
• Communication: Manage digital marketing and inbound/outbound communication via calls, SMS, email, texts, and social media.
• In-Studio Revenue: Generate sales through in-studio, phone, online, and event-based selling.
• Client Experience & Retention: Implement retention strategies to increase usage and lifetime value through events and ongoing communication.
• Facility & Financial Management: Manage studio budget, marketing spend, and performance reporting; collaborate with Studio Owner and Corporate teams.
