beem Light Sauna is a boutique wellness studio offering infrared sauna and red light therapy in private suites. We seek an Assistant Studio Manager to close memberships, coach the team, and run the floor as the senior on shift.

This role reports to the Studio Owner and offers a growth path to Studio Manager as the studio expands. You will drive premium client experiences, lead sales conversations, and coordinate with the Owner on strategy while maintaining high cleanliness and operational

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales (fitness/wellness preferred) with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through memberships and packages.
• Strong communicator, organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work including cleaning and staying on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Close sales, coach the team, and own the studio floor during shifts.
• Lead tours, handle objections, and model strong sales conversations.
• Drive lead outreach via calls, CRM workflows, and campaigns; represent studio at events.
• Maintain studio standards, cleanliness, and suite turnover.
• Oversee front desk systems and CRM upkeep; support promotions and campaigns.
