You will close memberships, coach staff, and own day-to-day floor leadership, serving as the senior on-shift contact and the Owner's right hand when off-site. Growth path to Studio Manager is clear as the studio scales.

You'll drive tours, conversion, and retention while managing operations, promotions, and CRM upkeep. The role requires energy, reliability, and a hands-on approach to studio upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales (fitness/wellness preferred) with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through memberships and packages.
• Strong communicator, organized, tech-savvy, self-motivated.
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks like cleaning and restocking.

Responsibilities

• Close memberships and packages; lead tours; model sales conversations.
• Coach team on sales, bookings, and member situations in real time.
• Own the member lifecycle from check-ins to cancellations and retention.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, towel flow, and supply restocking.
• Ensure front desk systems and CRM workflows run smoothly.
