Job summary

The Gleamery is seeking a Studio Manager in West Hollywood to own the studio's performance across P&L, guest experience, and team leadership. You will manage the Assistant Manager, Care Coordinator, and Clinical teams to hit performance targets while upholding brand standards.

Lead all daily operations, optimize revenue streams, recruit top talent, and partner with the Director of Operations to scale the brand with new openings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, or healthcare.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership or strong budget/revenue/expense management.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong sales instincts with a track record of retail/conversion results.
• Excellent organizational skills and fast-paced environment judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility for your studio and drive profitability.
• Lead daily operations: scheduling, facilities, inventory, guest flow.
• Direct and develop Assistant Manager, Care Coordinator and Clinical teams.
• Drive revenue across packages, treatments and retail; improve conversion and rebooking.
• Cultivate guest loyalty through personalized service and events.
• Partner with Director of Operations to implement SOPs and improvements.
• Support new studio openings with hiring, training, and readiness.
