Beem - North Overland is seeking a Studio Manager for the beem® Light Sauna Wellness Studio. You will lead sales growth, drive lead generation, and enhance brand visibility while optimizing the studio to convert prospects into long-term members.

The role blends sales leadership with marketing execution, ensuring revenue accountability and a strong client journey. You will train teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with beem® Corporate Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales-driven experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based industries.
• Proven success in lead generation, follow-up, and closing new business.
• Experience executing marketing initiatives that drive measurable sales.
• Strong B2B networking and partnership development experience.
• Ability to generate personal sales and train others to do the same.
• Comfort owning revenue targets in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve studio sales targets across memberships, packages, and retail.
• Personally generate sales through in-studio, phone, online, and event-based selling.
• Build, manage, and optimize the full sales funnel from lead to retention.
• Train and coach staff to follow sales processes, scripts, KPIs, and closing standards.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Create and execute localized marketing plans for new client acquisition, activation, and retention.
