Job summary

Studs is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations in Irvine, supporting the Studio Manager and ensuring a consistently exceptional customer experience. You will help drive revenue, coach team members, and uphold standards that define Studs’s customer experience.

You will be part of a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, leading by example while growing with a high-performing team and ensuring safety and compliance across the studio.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management, customer-facing team leadership experience
• Must be available five days per week (38–40 hours), including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Weekend availability required, full-time prioritizes Studs as primary employment

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Studio operations in the Studio Manager’s absence
• Coach team members and uphold Studs’s values and culture
• Drive revenue, monitor metrics, and support sales strategies
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality customer experience
