Responsibilities

• Oversee Center operations and ensure smooth daily running.
• Lead and train leadership team and coaches.
• Drive sales and reach membership goals; manage CRM tasks.
• Coordinate marketing plans and community engagement.
• Maintain brand standards and customer experience across center.
• Monitor staffing, performance, and coaching effectiveness.
• Communicate KidStrong curriculum rationale to parents/guardians.
• Manage inventory, expenses, and profitability of centers.
