Job summary

CamFit is seeking a General Manager to oversee the fitness and sales functions, lead the coaching team, drive membership growth, and manage studio operations. You will report to the Regional Business Manager and shape a culture that motivates both members and staff.

You will balance coaching excellence with revenue performance, lead hiring and development, and ensure all standards are met while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2–3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team and ensure high-energy OTF classes.
• Own studio revenue performance including memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Manage the full sales process from inquiry to signed membership.
• Build and maintain studio culture and community.
• Lead onboarding and training for all new coaches and sales staff.
