Job summary

CamFit, a multi-studio Orangetheory Fitness franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead coaching, drive membership growth, and oversee studio operations. You will report to the Regional Business Manager and be responsible for coaching excellence, sales leadership, community building, and staffing.

The role requires managing a full studio team, implementing lead generation strategies, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team and ensure high-energy class delivery.
• Own studio revenue performance including memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Manage front-of-house culture and ensure a high-quality member experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales associates.
• Maintain studio operations, scheduling, payroll, and compliance.
