Job summary

CamFit is seeking a General Manager to lead coaching, sales, and studio operations in a fast‑paced Orangetheory Fitness environment. You’ll drive member growth, manage teams, and ensure exceptional member experience across all classes.

You will report to the Regional Business Manager and shape a culture of energy, accountability, and performance. A strong background in fitness coaching, sales, and operations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coaching team and deliver high-energy OTF classes.
• Own studio revenue performance including new memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Manage the full sales process from inquiry to signed membership.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting to the Regional Business Manager.
• Build and maintain the coaching schedule using MindBody Online.
• Lead onboarding and training for all new coaches and sales staff.
• Maintain studio operations, cleanliness, and safety standards.
