Camarillo Fitness LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee fitness and sales operations for CamFit studios. You will lead a coaching team, drive membership growth, and ensure outstanding member experiences across all classes and studio activities.

You will manage staffing, payroll, and performance metrics while partnering with regional leadership to uphold brand standards and drive revenue performance in a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2–3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead the coaching team and deliver high-energy OTF classes aligned with brand standards.
• Own studio revenue performance including new memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Manage the full sales process from inquiry to signed membership.
• Develop and maintain the coaching schedule using MindBody Online.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
• Partner with regional leadership on evaluations and development plans.
