Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance operations across our studio network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards, prioritize urgent maintenance, and ensure a welcoming, clean space for clients.

As a key member of the studio leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, supervise daily cleaning, and coordinate with technicians and vendors. Strong time management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills aligned with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Fully available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and one weekend day.
• Experience in or desire to learn facilities management and maintenance.
• Excellent cleaning and sanitary standards.
• Effective communication with supervisors, peers, and clients.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
• Exercise decision-making prioritizing safety, quality client experiences.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and adhere to cleaning/maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studio spaces before/after classes and restock amenities.
• Deep clean, organize, and service common areas, lobby, FuelBar, lockers, hallways.
• Laundry services and towel management.
• Assist with repairs of fitness equipment and small fixes.
• Communicate tasks to Facilities Team for each shift.
• Observe Facilities Team feedback and identify improvement areas.
• Provide facilities training to new and existing staff.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance per schedules and guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with equipment technicians, contractors, and vendors.
