Barry’s in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across our studios, ensure brand standards, and support business objectives. This role partners with the General Manager to keep equipment running, spaces inviting, and operations smooth.

You will manage daily cleaning, equipment maintenance, safety checks, and coordinate with technicians while leading a hospitality‑minded team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to deliver brand standards across the studio.
• Make safety and quality judgments based on policy and guest experience.
• Perform daily studio walk-throughs and maintain cleaning/maintenance checklists.
• Prepare spaces before/after classes: clean equipment, sweep, mop, restock amenities.
• Deep cleaning and maintenance of common areas and facilities.
• Manage laundry for towels.
• Repair small studio issues and assist with treadmill/fitness equipment.
• Communicate tasks to Facilities Team and report issues to management.
• Support facilities training and preventative maintenance schedules.
