Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee all maintenance operations across the studio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards. The role requires strong time management to prioritize urgent maintenance needs and ensure a welcoming, well-maintained space for clients.

You will lead cleaning, equipment upkeep, and repairs, including treadmills, while communicating tasks and improvements to the Facilities Team and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or willingness to learn.
• Excellent cleaning skills and sanitary environment.
• Effective communication with supervisors and clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of brand standards across the studio.
• Prioritize urgent maintenance needs with sound judgement.
• Prepare studio spaces before/after classes and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of all areas.
• Assist with repair of treadmills and fitness equipment.
• Coordinate tasks with Facilities Team for daily shifts.
• Communicate facilities issues to management.
• Support Facilities training for staff.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
