Job summary

Barry’s seeks a Client Facilities Lead to manage maintenance across studios and uphold brand standards while delivering excellent hospitality. You will prioritize urgent needs, keep equipment in good order, and create inviting spaces for clients.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, conduct regular cleanings, coordinate repairs, and train staff to maintain safe, sanitary environments and high client satisfaction.

• Experience with hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with General Manager to ensure delivery of brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
• Make safety-based decisions with high-quality client experiences in mind.
• Perform daily studio walk-throughs and maintain cleaning/maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studio spaces before/after classes and restock amenities.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of lobby, FuelBar, retail shelves, and locker rooms.
• Provide laundry services and handle towels.
• Assist with repairs of equipment and communicate tasks to Facilities Team.
• Report facilities issues and participate in training for staff.
