Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across our studios. You will uphold brand standards, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure a clean, welcoming space for clients.

This role collaborates with a cross-functional team to keep equipment operational and spaces inviting, driving hospitality and safety across all shifts. As a key member of the studio leadership, you’ll plan maintenance, train staff, and prioritize tasks to deliver outstanding client experiences

Qualifications

• Able to kneel, bend, reach, and lift 30+ pounds.
• Willing to assist with small repairs and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to ensure delivery of all brand standards and initiatives.
• Exercise sound decision-making based on safety, prevention and client experience.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs and follow cleaning/maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studios before/after classes; clean equipment, sweep, mop, restock amenities.
• Perform regular deep cleaning of common areas and spaces.
• Handle laundry services including towels.
• Repair small studio fixes and assist with treadmill/equipment maintenance.
• Communicate daily tasks to Facilities Team and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with management on feedback and training needs.
• Support facilities training for new and existing staff.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain relationships with technicians and contractors.
