Job summary

Barry's is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across our studios, ensuring brand standards and exceptional hospitality. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to prioritize urgent needs, manages daily maintenance tasks, and keeps equipment and spaces in optimal condition for client experiences.

The position requires strong cleaning skills, effective communication, and reliability, with availability for flexible full-time or part-time schedules in on-site studio

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills aligned with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Experience in facilities management or a desire to learn.
• Exceptional cleaning and sanitary standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management.
• Prior experience with hand tools is a plus.
• Able to move and lift equipment and supplies up to 30+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of brand standards and initiatives for all studio aspects.
• Make decisions prioritizing safety, prevention and client experience.
• Conduct daily studio walk-through and uphold cleaning checklists.
• Prepare studio spaces before/after classes and restock amenities.
• Conduct deep cleaning of common areas and equipment.
• Perform laundry: towels washing and folding.
• Assist with minor repairs and treadmill/equipment maintenance.
• Communicate tasks to Facilities Team and report issues to management.
• Support facilities training and preventative maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with GM on improvements and project completion.
• Maintain relationships with technicians and vendors.
