Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to manage maintenance across studios, uphold brand standards, and support business objectives. You will prioritize urgent maintenance, keep equipment in working order, and create inviting spaces with excellent hospitality.

The role requires strong time management, teamwork, and proactive communication with the General Manager and Facilities Team. Applicants should be able to lift 30+ pounds and work varied shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to ensure delivery of all brand standards and initiatives for all aspects of the studio.
• Conduct daily walk through of the studio and adhere to cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studio spaces before, after, and between classes by cleaning equipment and restocking amenities.
• Regular deep cleaning and maintenance of common areas and spaces.
• Laundry services including towels collection and folding.
• Repair small studio fixes and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Assist with communicating tasks to the Facilities Team.
• Escalate facilities issues to management when needed.
• Support facilities training for new and existing staff.
• Conduct regular maintenance inspections and preventive schedules.
• Coordinate projects with the General Manager and drive completion.
