Job summary

Barry's is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across our studios and ensure brand standards are upheld. You will collaborate with the General Manager to manage daily operations, cleaning, and equipment upkeep while delivering top-tier client experiences.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and technicians. A proactive, friendly, and hands-on mindset is essential for success in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry's Mission, Vision and Values.
• Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule.
• Full-time: must be available a minimum of 30 hours per week with weekend availability. Part-time: minimum 24 hours per week with weekend availability.
• Experience in or desire to learn about facilities management and maintenance.
• Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a time-sensitive manner with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and clients.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Proven dependability and reliability.
• Friendly and personable attitude.
• Prior experience working with hand tools a plus.
• Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
• Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to ensure delivery of all brand standards and initiatives for all aspects of the studio.
• Exhibit decision making based on safety, prevention, and high-quality client experiences.
• Conduct daily studio walk-throughs and uphold cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studio spaces (lobby and locker rooms) before, after, and between classes by cleaning and restocking amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of common areas including lobby, FuelBar, and lockers.
• Perform laundry services including towel washing and folding.
• Repair small studio fixes across facilities spaces.
• Assist with repair of Woodway treadmills and other equipment.
• Communicate tasks to Facilities Team for daily shifts.
• Escalate facilities issues to management and communicate feedback.
