Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across our studios. You will collaborate with the General Manager to uphold brand standards and ensure a safe, inviting space for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or maintenance.
• Strong cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication with supervisors, peers and clients.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across the studio in alignment with brand standards.
• Work with the General Manager to deliver brand initiatives and client experiences.
• Perform daily studio walk-throughs and manage cleaning and maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studios before/after classes, clean equipment, restock amenities.
• Maintain equipment, coordinate with technicians and vendors, and plan repairs.
• Support facilities training and communicate team feedback for improvements.
