Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance operations across our studios. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold brand standards, keep equipment in working order, and deliver an inviting space with excellent hospitality for clients.

You will manage daily cleaning, deep cleaning of common areas, and preventive maintenance, while coordinating with the General Manager and Facilities Team to address urgent needs and plan improvements.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to ensure delivery of all brand standards and initiatives for all aspects of the studio
• Conduct daily walk through of the studio and adhere to daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checklists
• Prepare studio spaces before, after, and in-between classes by cleaning equipment and restocking amenities
• Regular deep cleaning and maintenance of common areas and facilities
• Laundry services for towels
• Repair small studio fixes and assist with equipment maintenance
• Coordinate tasks and projects with Facilities Team and management
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and relationships with technicians/contractors
