Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Facilities Lead in the United States to oversee maintenance across our studios and ensure spaces are welcoming, clean, and in prime condition for guests. The role partners with the General Manager to maintain brand standards and execute initiatives that support business goals.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on facilities experience, strong hospitality skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to maintain equipment and spaces for optimal client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or willingness to learn.
• Strong hospitality orientation and guest-service mindset.
• Excellent communication with supervisors, peers and clients.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the General Manager to deliver brand standards and studio initiatives.
• Prioritize safety and high-quality client experiences.
• Conduct daily studio walkthroughs and maintain cleaning/maintenance checklists.
• Prepare studio spaces before/after classes and restock amenities.
• Perform regular deep cleaning and maintenance of common areas.
• Handle laundry services and equipment care.
• Assist with repairs of equipment and communicate tasks to the Facilities Team.
• Coordinate with vendors and plan preventive maintenance schedules.
