Job summary

Austin Fitness Group is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Lee's Summit, MO to support daily and weekend studio operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will represent the brand, explain membership options, and help drive sales and retention through relationship building.

You will mentor Sales Associates, manage member records, and assist with marketing events, all while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming studio environment and ensuring top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred (0–1 year).
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, promote memberships, and reflect brand standards.
• Lead studio tours and clearly present membership options.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Mentor Sales Associates and reinforce the sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and process transactions.
• Support marketing initiatives and events to drive engagement.
