Job summary

AFG HoldCo in Goodyear, AZ, seeks an Assistant Studio Manager for a full-time role. You will support daily studio operations, greet members and guests, present membership options, and help drive sales and retention through strong relationship building.

Partner with the Studio Manager and team to maintain brand standards, deliver a high-energy experience, manage inquiries, process transactions, and support onboarding, training, and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people, programs, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects, and guests.
• Present membership options and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation with integrity.
• Process sales transactions in line with company policies.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Support events, social media engagement, and studio activations.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio aligned with brand standards.
