AFG HoldCo is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager for our Nichols Hills, OK Orangetheory Fitness studio. This full-time role focuses on supporting daily studio operations, delivering a high-energy member experience, and driving membership sales and retention.

You will lead tours, explain membership options, train Sales Associates, manage records, and collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming environment and smooth member journey.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Leadership experience or ability to supervise a team is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly present membership options.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
