Job summary

AFG HoldCo is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager at our Overland Park gym location to support daily operations and drive member sales and retention. The role emphasizes a high-energy, welcoming environment, leadership of junior staff, and strong relationship-building with members and the community.

You will assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring sales associates, maintain accurate member records, and ensure a seamless member experience across front desk and studio floors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervising experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, inclusive, high-energy experience for all members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Call studio tours, present membership options, and clearly communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Build relationships within the local community to generate new business opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
