This full-time role requires service orientation, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with team members to meet performance targets. Reports to the Studio Manager and supports program execution and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Build relationships within the local community to drive new business opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
