Job summary

JETSET Pilates is hiring a Studio Lead to drive sales, retention, and exceptional client experiences at our Belmont studio. You will greet clients, build relationships, and guide members toward memberships and packages that fit their goals.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll support instructors, coordinate front-desk operations, and help ensure a welcoming community. This position offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged.
• Monitor member activity and proactively reach out to at-risk clients.
• Partner with the GM and team to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
