Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a proactive Studio Lead to drive member growth, deliver exceptional client service, and keep daily operations running smoothly. You will build relationships with clients, promote memberships, and support instructors while ensuring a welcoming studio atmosphere.

You’ll manage front desk tasks, assist with schedule changes, and help execute promotions. Strong communication, organization, and a passion for wellness are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to generate leads and drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged and connected.
• Monitor member activity and reach out to those disengaging or at risk of cancelling.
• Partner with the GM and studio team to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
• Greet and check-in clients warmly; provide solutions that exceed expectations.
