Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to act as the heartbeat of the studio, driving memberships and creating an exceptional client experience. You will build genuine client relationships, communicate the value of the JETSET experience, and convert inquiries into memberships while supporting promotions and events.

You will also oversee front desk operations, assist instructors, and maintain accurate client records.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Confidently communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries and studio visits into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events that generate leads and growth.
• Create a welcoming experience and keep members engaged and connected to the studio.
• Maintain accurate client notes in booking and CRM systems.
