Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, retention, and a premium client experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll build relationships, convert inquiries to memberships, and ensure a welcoming studio culture.

Responsibilities include front-desk management, scheduling updates, and collaboration with instructors and leadership to meet membership and revenue goals. Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred; tech proficiency is a plus.
