Momentic Studios in San Diego, CA is seeking an Assistant Studio Experience Manager to lead and motivate the team, drive membership growth, retention, and revenue while reflecting the brand values of integrity and excellence.

You will support the Studio Manager in daily operations, team development, and sales performance, creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests and members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree in a related field preferred.
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
• 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• 2+ years in sales or customer service with relationship-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Execute the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relate how SWTHZ services will satisfy their needs and goals.
• Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services and amenities that connect to the intro's goals.
• Communicates membership options clearly and concisely.
• Enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocols.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Promote marketing campaigns and offers to leads and existing members.
• Monitor and analyze membership data to provide actionable insights.
