Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
• 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• 2+ years in a sales or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver a premier guest and member experience.
• Drive membership growth, retention, and revenue with the sales team.
• Coach sales associates to improve techniques and product knowledge.
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Track KPIs and provide insights for decision making.
