Job summary

JetSET Pilates in California is seeking a Studio Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment to drive membership sales and retention while delivering a five-star client experience.

You’ll partner with the GM and team to hit membership, utilization, and revenue goals, manage front desk operations, and cultivate a welcoming studio community. Prior customer service or front desk experience is a plus; training is provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and retention by building relationships and guiding members to memberships.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and greet/check-in clients warmly.

• Oversee front desk operations, answer phones, process inquiries, and manage records.
