Job summary

AFG HoldCo is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily and weekend studio operations, delivering a welcoming member experience and driving sales. You will be a key point of contact for prospects and members, representing the brand and promoting programs and benefits across the studio.

The role focuses on achieving sales goals, maintaining high-energy service, and mentoring Sales Associates while ensuring accurate records and a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a high-energy, brand-consistent experience.
• Present membership options and clearly communicate programs and benefits.
• Drive membership growth through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Build relationships within the local community to create new business opportunities.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce sales processes.
