Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking Studio Leads to welcome clients, assist instructors, and support front desk operations in our Northbrook studio. You will answer phones, respond to emails, process sales, and help maintain a clean, organized lobby.

As a Studio Lead you will greet clients, recruit and retain members, and coordinate with the General Manager on memberships, pricing, and promotions. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends to support busy studio hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales and operate POS.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Greet clients and check-in upon arrival.
• Sell memberships and class packages in-person and online.
• Assist instructors and staff with front desk duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Support opening and closing duties as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on policies and pricing options.
• Assist with CRM data entry and client communication.
• Build rapport with clients and staff to create a welcoming environment.
