Job summary

AFG HoldCo is seeking a Sales Associate to support front-line studio operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will be a key contact for prospective and current members, confidently sharing the brand story and driving membership sales in a high-energy environment.

The role requires strong communication, a service mindset, and the ability to engage with members across in-person, phone, email, and text channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation and records.
• Assist in lead generation and outreach to drive membership growth.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly communicate membership options.
• Process sales transactions and memberships with accuracy and integrity.
• Support marketing initiatives and community events.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment in line with brand standards.
• Communicate with members across in-person, phone, email, and text channels.
