Job summary

AFG HoldCo is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily studio operations and drive member experience at our Overland Park location. You will represent the brand, communicate programs and benefits, and lead sales activities to achieve membership goals.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a high-energy fitness studio environment. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily and weekend studio operations to ensure member experience.
• Drive membership sales and retention through outreach and follow-ups.
• Onboard, train, and mentor Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation.
• Process sales transactions per policy.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio activations.
• Participate in team meetings and training for growth.
