AFG HoldCo LLC is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager for our Nichols Hills, OK location. This full-time role supports daily operations, drives membership sales, and ensures a high-energy, welcoming environment for members and guests.

You will mentor Sales Associates, manage member records, and participate in marketing activities while delivering exceptional service and representing the brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects, and guests.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options and programs clearly.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
• Build relationships within the local community to drive new business.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Maintain accurate member records and process transactions per policy.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Support marketing initiatives and studio events to drive engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment in line with standards.
