Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to enhance member experience and serve as a brand ambassador. The role includes welcoming members, presenting the OTF concept, and leading studio operations with the Studio Manager.

You will support scheduling, membership sales, and outreach activities while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The position requires 1–3 years of management experience (preferred) and a background in sales/retail or fitness.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred).
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to prospects (intros).
• Assisting with the creation of weekly schedules for sales associates.
• Maintaining the front desk and handling phone calls and member conversations.
• Leading the studio’s operations in collaboration with the Studio Manager.
• Presenting studio tours to potential members.
• Collaborating with the coaching team to guide intros through workouts.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and meet personal sales goals.
• Following up on prospects and outreach calls to support growth.
• Handling member concerns professionally and objectively.
• Participating in studio marketing and outreach events.
• Training and developing sales associates with the Studio Manager.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.
