Responsibilities

• Welcome members, prospects, and guests with a high-energy, inclusive experience reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation to grow memberships.
• Build relationships in the local community to raise brand awareness and generate new business.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce sales processes.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation using company systems.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns, escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless member and guest experience.
• Assist marketing initiatives and studio events to boost engagement and growth.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and well-presented in line with standards.
