Orangetheory - Franchise #0320 is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support daily operations, drive member experience, and lead sales efforts in a fast-paced fitness studio.

You will supervise onboarding, mentor Sales Associates, manage member records, handle transactions, and collaborate with the team to maintain brand standards and a welcoming, high-energy environment.

This full-time role emphasizes service, communication, and performance, with weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people, programs, or projects.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for all members, prospects, and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Conduct studio tours, clearly present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals by executing outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities to drive membership growth.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates and reinforce the sales process.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation using company systems and tools.
